Firstly, prep the nails by pushing back the cuticles using a cuticle pusher.
For hard and dry cuticles, apply the OPI Pro Spa Exfoliating Cuticle Cream and leave it on for one minute.
Remove the OPI cuticle cream with the OPI NAS 99 Cleansing Solution and a lint-free nail wipe.
